See your work. Skis, carvers or snowboards are easily placed in the feed system. The gear is fed through the machine automatically making the work considerably easier and increasing work safety. Tuning the base surface face up, brings many advantages: All skis and snowboards can be ground no matter what the binding type (even soft-bindings). You can check the grinding result constantly. Spraying water on the work tools and the base surface gives the best grinding results with the lowest material wear. This also saves the use and handling of binding bridges.

The correct pressure. The pressure of the stone, belt and ceramic disc is controlled using servo pneumatics. This provides even distribution of pressure over the whole length of the skis or board. Concave or convex snowboards can also be tuned. Adjustable support rests on the feed system provide the required pressure compensation - this enables complete grinding of the snowboard over the entire base.

Add on modules. microjet is a compact and efficient machine that providesservice on a snowboard or a pair of skis in one operating cycle. Modular add on stages from microjet (stone) to microjet pro (stone/belt) to microjet disc (stone/disc). All types of skis and snowboards can be tuned with a stone / belt width of 400 mm. There is also an option to add a waxing unit and a manual side edge belt grinder.

The best grinding in the business. A stone width of 400 mm means that all types of skis and snowboards can be tuned. Dependent on the individual bases and structure requirements the surface can be ground in different ways using a diamond and computer controlled diamond dresser. The infinitely controllable stone and extractor speed means that all of the tried and tested WINTERSTEIGER structures are possible. A new feature of the microjet is an additional possibility for the diamond in 3 depth stages. The automatic stone cleaning and special device on the feed system offer simple and fast stone changes for a perfect solution!

Control the movement. The feed system oscillation can be switched on and off at any time. The traversing of the transport slide after each grinding cycle causes even use of the tools over its whole surface. Constant grinding quality means that the life of the stone and belt is increased enormously.

Worldwide Innovation! The microjet disc offers the first machine worldwide that can Ceramic Disc Finish both side and bottom edges in "pairs" for skis as well as on a single snowboard. The integrated ski and snowboard measuring unit automatically recognises the equipment - this guarantees very little operator error. The revolutionary Ceramic Disc Finish guarantees a precise edge geometry, exact grinding angles and an absolutely smooth edge surface over the total ski and snowboard length.
All relevant angle combinations can be set for the skier and boarder. Grinding with the self-sharpening Ceramic Discs gives skis and snowboards increased turning power. This means optimum skiing fun and precise carving control for your customers - on hard and icy slopes. Additionally the edge sharpness even lasts longer.

High output. Additionally to the stone unit the microjet pro has a belt unit with a 400 mm wide grinding belt. With a feed of 12 m/ min the microjet pro can grind more than 25 pairs of skis or snowboards per hour - ideal for shops with a high proportion of snowboards. The pressure of the belt aggregate is controlled using servo pneumatics and which provides even distribution of pressure over the whole length of the ski or board. The belt is deactivated automatically and the self-centring deflection pulley prevents the belt from distortion.

Touch it. microjet is operated using a color monitor with touchscreen computer technology. The operator is guided through the program with an easy to understand menu. Complete service operations, as well as individual service components can be saved here and called up again at any time. 20 freely selectable program places are available for this. This means that specific grinds and structures can be exactly reproduced. It will also capture specific operating data such as operating hours and number of services.

Everything under control. The inspection button is a practical feature for checking the grinding result: Pushing the button moves the feed system out of the machine. Inspection can be carried out at any time - even in the middle of a grinding sequence. This gives a constant overview of the grinding result as with a manual machine. Existing programs can even be changed during this and additional work steps can be started or stopped.

Optional angles. The optional service edge unit is the ideal addition to the microjet pro for a complete edge service and to the microjet disc for side edge rough grinding. The grinding angle can be individually adjusted between 86º and 90º.
