Easy Acquisition of Customer Data. Inputting of customer data by means of Customer Card, Customer Input Terminal or via the online-reservation module.

•	Customer Input Terminal: data is entered directly into Easyrent by way of a user-friendly interface that saves time for employees and reduces waiting times for the customer.
•	Online reservation: customers enter their data on the online reservation page on the Internet. The data is accepted into the easyrent system using the import function.

Security Recording. A photo of the customer or his identification (identity card, passport, etc.) is taken using a network camera and stored in the database.

Credit Card Function. Automatic recording of name and storage of credit card data.

Wireless ski rental. Easyrent can also be loaded on a PDA (Pocket PC) with integrated scanner. The barcode scanner or PDA via wireless LAN allows employees to move around freely in the shop.

Rental Items. All items are organised into rental groups and information is displayed on description, length, status, (rented or sold).

Rental Standard ASTM/ISO 13993. The rental standard requires rental equipment to be tested at regular intervals. This testing has already been built into Easyrent thus ensuring compliance with the ASTM/ISO standards and binding manufacturer’s rental guidelines: Easyrent also supports you in selecting random samples, the scope of sampling and test documentation and already provides the data connection to the speedtronic binding adjustment and testing computer for automated data exchange.

Pooling of Accounts. Enables several shops to be merged into one rental pool and is distinguished by the following features:

Sale of Rental Items. The system automatically suggests a sale price for the used item based on an included calculation of its use. The rental item is then automatically removed from the master data of the items.

Easy Processing of Exchanges. Only 2 scans are required for exchanging equipment: the returned item and the new rental item are scanned and Easyrent automatically calculates the new rental price. In this case there is no need for a customer search.

SKIDATA™ Easyrent has an interface to the SKIDATA™ equipment. The customer can happily pay your rental shop using his SKIDATA™ keycard. It is also possible to take payments from SKIDATA™ keycards.

Advance Sale of SKIDATA™ Cards. Sale and invoicing of ski cards in Easyrent. Invoicing also functions via the SKIDATA™ Keyvalue card.

Interfaces. Interfaces simplify working with several programs such as Waldhart Skischulprogramm(Waldhart Ski School Program), ISIS (IS Austria), INTERSYS (IS Germany), INWASIS, SPORT2000 Online Reservation, TWIXTEL, AXIS, TESA/SALTO-Depot Closure System, SKIDATA™, etc.

Statistics. Overviews of current stocks and utilisation levels make it easier to plan when purchasing new equipment.

Product Identification. Products that already have a barcode or storage chip simply built into their surface can be read in by Easyrent thus making both arrangement of the rental items and the rental process easier.
