Maintenance agreement with 3-year warranty |

WINTERSTEIGER grants customers who buy a new machine a 3-year warranty according to the WINTERSTEIGER warranty conditions. Inexpensive subsequent service work, higher machine value retention, a comprehensive check immediately after start-up, supply of the latest software versions and reliable standby service are the benefits of the WINTERSTEIGER maintenance agreement.
Extract from the WINTERSTEIGER warranty provisions:
WINTERSTEIGER warrants that ex-factory new WINTERSTEIGER ski and snowboard service machines are free of materials and workmanship faults for a period of 3 years after acceptance of the goods by the customer. If within 3 years after acceptance of the machine by the customer such a fault should occur and be notified to WINTERSTEIGER in writing, WINTERSTEIGER shall remedy such fault either by repair or replacement, any more extensive claims being excluded. Within the first year after acceptance of the machine, this remedy shall be entirely at WINTERSTEIGERs expense, while during the second and third year after acceptance of the machine the customer shall for each remedy operation bear an excess of 20% of the costs of such remedy.
This warranty extends neither to wear-and-tear parts nor to supplies consumed in use.
All claims under this warranty shall expire if the machine is not used under normal operating conditions or not in compliance with the operating instructions, or if the service intervals specified in the operating instructions and/or in the service calendar are not complied with, if repair and/or service work is not carried out by a qualified Mechatronik specialist enterprise or if spare parts, accessories, wear-and-tear parts or supplies consumed in use are used that in terms of quality do not correspond with original spare parts, accessories, wear-and-tear parts or supplies consumed in use.
