A module for every situation. Combined grinding and tuning work is possible in a compact module using the micro 71 service station. Individual working belts can be changed with very little effort. With the new self-centering belt system, belt slippage is no longer possible because the belt regulation occurs automatically. WINTERSTEIGER offers all around professional security and first class service, not only for your customers but also for your ski and board technicians.

Cool - even when it’s hot. Burnt bases, which often occur from the heat of the grinding process, cost you time and reduce the gliding capabilities of skis. The micro 71 stays cool even at the height of the hottest season. Thanks to the lower rate of revolution and the pump’s high-performance water coolant, this service station works great in protecting ski bases. It doesn’t matter whether you provide service for alpine skis, shaped skis, snowboards or cross country skis, WINTERSTEIGER’s micro 71 gives you an easy to handle system. Naturally, this applies to the entire year because WINTERSTEIGER guarantees you competent service and parts delivery for the all the hottest seasons!

A machine for the right angle. With the Wintersteiger side edge unit, it takes only a couple of seconds to set the finest grinding angles (between 87° and 90°). The unit can be optionally mounted on the micro 71 and gives even heavily damaged edges a perfectly finished grind.

Half/half. On the wide grinding stone of the micro 71, important combined structure specifications can be used in one grinding process. You have the option of creating two different struc-tureson the same stone. You can, for example, pre-grind the ski on one half of the stone and do the fine grinding on the other half. With the use of this method efficiency is much improved.

Service please! The drive speed, structure, pressure and all other important working parameters can be adjusted on the easy to operate control panel with simplicity and comfort. The grinding stone and sanding belt are independently controlled, providing the smoothest possible operation during the grinding process. And you always have the micro 71 under your control.

Under Pressure. The 3 rollers of the split feed system apply constant pressure on alpine, snowboard or shaped skis. Through the PCS (Pressure Compensation System), the micro 71 allows you to apply pressure of up to 60 kg onto the particular equipment you’re working on. Because of this you always achieve an optimal and uniform base structure. The micro 71 combined WINTERSTEIGER structure pattern can be implemented and re-produced as often as you like. At the touch of a button, the diamond applies the desired structure on to the grindstone. You can not give your customers more fun on the slopes in a more effecient or comfortable way.

Winners or losers? For professional racers, the choice of the right or wrong base structure is often the difference between winning and losing. But recreational skiers, too, can benefit from proper structures to improve the glide they get on the slopes. The linear, crossed or diagonally crossed structures of WINTERSTEIGER`S micro 71 give your customers the performance they need for a better experience on the mountain.
