Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung eines baukastenorientierten Produktprogrammes
  • Konzeption und Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Modifikationen

    Ihr Profil:

  • TU/FH bzw. HTL mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing the customer service team for the SPORTS business field
  • Supervising customer service processes and cost centers
  • Sales planning for various product segments, as well as coordinating range planning with the business field's production department, taking into consideration inventory targets
  • Assisting with the planning of trade fair appearances (trade fair planning, machines), newsletters, and other regular publications
  • Designing and assisting with price lists, order forms, and documentation management systems
  • CRM management for the preparation and evaluation of sales data
  • Identifying potential areas for improvement or optimization, and implementing improvements in these areas

 

Your profile:

  • Business management qualification (technical college/university of applied sciences)
  • Highly computer literate, SAP skills an advantage
  • Min. 3 years of experience in a comparable leadership position
  • Thorough knowledge of English, additional languages would be advantageous
  • Good communicator with an outgoing personality, excellent organizational and teamwork skills, business-minded

  • Operative planning and management of national and international (sub-)projects
  • Establishing the project landscape: Structuring and organizing projects
  • Supporting the preparation of business field strategies as well as the creation of business cases
  • Project management and project controlling: activities, dates, costs, results
  • Supporting Mergers & Acquisitions processes, coordinating due diligence project teams
  • Supervising projects and devising measures to optimize the company’s success
  • Preparation of decision-making bases and reports for various target groups
  • Interfaces coordinator of projects with input from engineering, sales, finance and marketing

 

Your profile:

  • Economics qualification or equivalent qualification with a technical background, ideally with an additional qualification in project management
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the industry sector. A consultancy background in this area would also be beneficial
  • Highly competent in management without responsibility for staff
  • Strong methodological skills such as process visualization, change management methods, workshop and presentation skills
  • As well as a strategic and analytical approach, combined with self-organization and planning skills, excellent communication skills (German, English) in a global environment will complete your profile.

  • Leading, organizing and developing the WOODTECH customer service department
  • Assisting with the planning of trade fair appearances (trade fair planning, budget, etc.), newsletters, and other marketing activities
  • Assisting in the design and implementation of sales campaigns
  • CRM management for the preparation and evaluation of sales data (reports, analyses, etc.)
  • Assisting with organizational projects – particularly SAP projects (central contact and interface for interdepartmental topics)
  • Agreeing delivery dates with the production planning / materials planning departments
  • Designing and assisting with price lists, order forms, and documentation management systems
  • Identifying potential areas for improvement or optimization, and implementing improvements in these areas

 

Your profile:

  • Business management qualification (from a business school, higher education institution, apprenticeship, university of applied sciences)
  • Dedicated, with experience in a comparable leadership position
  • Highly assertive with a proactive and flexible approach
  • Practical experience in event and project management as well as project implementation is desirable
  • Outstanding IT skills, particularly knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent knowledge of English, other languages would be advantageous
