The Dynamic Disc has been specially designed to meet very high performance requirements for precision spaced planting of trial plots. Very high planting capacity can be achieved thanks to a patented sowing system, able to be mounted on basic frames by various manufacturers. Thanks to precise seed singulation, the Dynamic Disc Plus high-performance, tractor-mounted precision spaced planter prevents skipped seeds and doubles during seed placement. The planter offers especially gentle seed singulation based on the slotted disk principle. This machine's engineering centers around the user, setting new standards in terms of seed placement, suitability for multi-crop applications, seed purity in the seed metering unit, and an electric drive that delivers a maximum planting speed. Combined with the Easy Plant sowing software, the machine offers simple planning and operation as well as precise planting documentation to ensure reliable operation.

Seed metering unit
A reliable high-speed seed metering unit, equipped with specially designed radial and spiral slotted disks, ensures the utmost in precision even when doing runs at high speeds. The seed metering unit guarantees a very high degree of accuracy during planting, independent of seed size and seed weight. The slotted disks create the conditions for gentle separation, because there is no scraper as there is with hole disks.
At the center of the radial slotted disk, specially designed for high planting speeds, seeds are picked up by vacuum force and held in place. As the radial slotted disk turns, the seeds slide along the slots of the disk to the outside, where the seeds are held by suction and then dropped at the optimum position. The seeds drop from here through the opener and into the ground. At the end of the plot, the remaining seeds are evacuated into a residual grain container. A sluice separates seeds from two successive plots, thus preventing mixing even at very high planting speeds.
A selection of radial and spiral slotted disks is available for different crop types. The seeds are drawn in by vacuum force and held against the slots on the radial slotted disk. While the radial slotted disk turns, the seeds move along the slots of the spiral slotted disk to the outside, where the suction that holds the seeds drops. From here, the seeds pass through the opener and into the ground.

The heavy double disk opener is an opener designed for minimum and no-till seeding and is suitable for row spacing intervals of 35 cm (13.8") and up. A mechanical and pneumatic opener pressure adjuster is available up to 250 kg (550lbs).
