Easyrent: electronic signature pad

The general legal obligation to preserve signed documents means that paperless processes are becoming more and more interesting in the world of ski rental as well. Ski rental forms, invoices, credit card slips and binding setting device documents can now all be signed digitally.

The signature pad is built into the Easyrent software and allows signatures to be checked directly on the screen. The legally valid biometrically signed documents, which are protected by a digital certificate, are stored in the Easyrent database and can therefore be quickly retrieved at any time. Large volumes of paper and time-consuming searches in the event of damage are eliminated. Your Easyrent area manager or the field sales team would be delighted to provide you with detailed information.
