H3 Classic

An integrated NIR crop data acquisition system featuring SCiO™ technology.

The new H3 GrainGage™ from HarvestMaster is the first fully integrated, combined NIR crop data collection system to feature SCiO™ near-infrared (NIR) technology. The H3 GrainGage offers various ingredient predictions based on ready-to-use calibrations for a wide range of crops. The Easy Harvest software, which is used for managing field plans and for storing and exporting collected data, can also be used to control the various sampling options.

Performance features

Seamless work processes with no interruptions

Harvested material is stored temporarily, so you can move on to the next plot while the weighing process is still underway.

Extremely short measuring cycles

Simultaneous recording of weight and NIRS data, allowing you to move on to the next plot even faster.

Maximum precision

Optimized vibration compensation plus automated measuring of the plot weight, moisture level, and hectoliter weight / test weight ensure maximum precision.

Automatic multiple measurement for large yields

For plot yields exceeding the maximum container volume, “Strip Mode” is automatically activated when the fill level is detected.

Harvesting sequence

  • The harvested material is fed directly into the weigh bucket.
  • Once the weighing container is full, the excess crop is stored in the intermediate container and weighed during the next cycle.
  • The weighing process can be started at the end of the plot by pressing a button.
  • The NIRS measurement is fully integrated into the measurement cycle of the weighing system.
  • For high harvest volumes, the individual weights are added together to give a total result.
  • All measurement data is stored in the on-board computer.
  • Sampling is carried out automatically when activated. Labels can be printed out directly if desired.
