That means it's always easy to arrange an appointment for repair and maintenance work at our service locations around the world, or to meet with a WINTERSTEIGER representative. What's more, our Technical Customer Service offers you remote maintenance free of charge as a central service - helping you to resolve your issues and answer any questions online. This professional service is available free of charge to all customers who have their machines serviced by us.
The focus at the headquarters in Ried im Innkreis is similarly on customer service. There are facilities at the site for the repair and maintenance of machines, while used machines are also taken back from customers, reconditioned and put back on the market.
