The tractor-mounted (three-point) or towed seeders for plot and/or precision-spaced planting with electric sowing drive have been developed for maximum precision and flexibility. The two seeder types can be configured as a lightweight or heavy version and it is possible to combine both sowing systems on one machine. The flexible frame and control concept make modifications and upgrades extremely easy, while the Easy Plant planting software enables optimum interlinking of planting and harvesting data.
The modular system with its many options allows you to customize the machine for many different applications. A heavy machine can also be configured for no-tillage application.

Tried-and-tested seed feeding system with optimized details.
Tried-and-tested distributing systems such as a belted cone, cell wheel, magazine unit, predistributor, and single funnel have been improved down to the last detail and therefore ensure greater distribution accuracy and wear resistance. This results in better repeatability and higher operational reliability. Each component has its own drive unit and can be positioned independently.

From lightweight shoe openers to heavy double disk openers, we offer a wide range of openers for every soil type. Customer-specific solutions can also be implemented.

PÖTTINGER shoe opener
The PÖTTINGER shoe opener has the same opener pressure – of up to 25 kg – at the front and rear. The opener features precise depth control for a perfect seed furrow, unobstructed sowing thanks to the 30-cm opener increment, and a wear resistant cast point. Optional pressure rollers for depth guidance and reconsolidation are available. The depth can be adjusted easily using lock pins.
PÖTTINGER single disk opener
The PÖTTINGER single disk opener is suitable for light soils with little organic matter. A spring-loaded protective flap automatically closes the opener when moving backwards and provides reliable protection. The cast opener points are wear resistant.
LEMKEN double disk opener
The LEMKEN double disk opener with rubber-tired depth control roller and parallelogram suspension places the seed accurately at a uniform depth even in variable soils.
GREAT PLAINS (00 series) double disk opener
The GREAT PLAINS double disk opener with centrally adjustable opener pressure from 40 to 100 kg per opener is suitable for conventional and minimum till.
ACRA PLANT double disk opener
The ACRA PLANT double disk opener with notched, 380-mm disks is suitable for heavy soil conditions with organic residues and minimal to no tilling. The opener is optionally available with a 100-mm wide depth control roller (50 mm standard) and with a second opener spring, which can generate up to 190 kg of opener pressure.
Fertilizer shoe opener
The simple design of the shoe fertilizer opener is suitable for well-prepared soils with little organic matter.
MONOSEM double disk fertilizer opener
The versatile double disk fertilizer opener adapts perfectly to minimum tillage and surface plant residues. The incorporation elements have a stone safety device with spring return and adjustment of the working depth.
YETTER 2999 pre-cutting disk
The YETTER 2999 spring-loaded pre-cutting disk with 370-mm disk diameter and 25-wave disk is used for very hard and dry soil conditions. The spring preload allows the pre-cutter to avoid foreign bodies, such as stones, thus preventing damage to the frame.

Fertilizer/micro-granulate distribution and bulk seed sowing
(option).
In addition to normal plot planting, a variety of options are offered for fertilizer or micro-granulate distribution as well as bulk seeding. Distribution can take place either in portions via a belted cone or a cell wheel, or continuously. Filling takes place in each case via a CE-compliant platform with suitable steps and rails.
We offer the following options for continuous distribution:
Container for continuous distribution.
Metal container with view window that can be easily lowered for transport. The drive is provided by a brushless 12 V DC motor, which is controlled from the seeder control unit depending on the driving speed. The metering element conveys the feeding material into the belted cone, from which it is conveyed into the rotary distributor and distributed to the sowing rows.
