Production – quality tooth for tooth

The quality of a band saw blade is determined long before it makes its first cut. Strip steel made from German high-grade stainless steel is checked for straightness, flatness, surface condition, and dimensional accuracy far beyond standard tolerances. Only by meeting all of these requirements can a saw blade achieve the consistent precision needed throughout tooth-cutting, sharpening, and setting.

Teeth are formed either by punching or by deep grinding, a superior higher-precision process that combines tooth-cutting and final grinding in a single process to produce burr-free surfaces. Almost all of our products are ground using CBN grinding discs for maximum precision, sharp teeth, and minimal surface roughness. Temperature-regulated welding machines prevent cracks in the weld seam. The finished saw blade is packed securely and safely in environmentally friendly packaging.
