Thinking Ahead in Skiing

The General Assembly of the Upper Austrian Ski Pool brought the Upper Austrian ski community together at WINTERSTEIGER Sports in Ried. The focus was on exchange, expertise, and shared responsibility for the future of skiing.

On October 20, 2026, the General Assembly of the Upper Austrian Ski Pool took place at WINTERSTEIGER Sports for the first time. Even before the official proceedings began, guests gained exciting insights into our world: In the ski service area, the V-Edge edge technology was demonstrated on the Jupiter machine, and guests also had the opportunity to explore the BOOTDOC-HOTRONIC product line in greater detail.

In addition to personal exchanges and networking, the General Assembly focused on key topics for the further development of skiing in Upper Austria. These include the transfer of expertise to the regional ski association, V-Edge Racing Hubs for young athletes, and the use of BOOTDOC-HOTRONIC in racing.

A company presentation and a tour of the WINTERSTEIGER headquarters in Ried then offered further behind-the-scenes insights. The event concluded with a group dinner that provided ample opportunity for personal conversations and exchanges.

The General Assembly once again demonstrated what drives the sport of skiing forward: sharing expertise, pushing the boundaries of technology, and fostering strong partnerships together.
