Precision spaced planter

The Dynamic Disc Core has been specially designed to meet very high performance requirements for precision spaced planting of trial plots. The tractor-mounted precision spaced planter is mechanically driven via the PTO shaft and is available in four basic versions. Each basic machine convinces with selected equipment and is weight-optimized. The Dynamic Disc Core also impresses with its low platform height for the operating personnel.

Reliable and precise: Seed metering unit of the Dynamic Disc Core

The high-speed seed metering unit with specially designed radial and spiral slotted discs ensures precision – even at high speeds and regardless of the size and weight of the seeds. The slotted discs create the conditions for gentle grain separation because, in contrast to perforated discs, there are no scrapers.

A selection of radial and spiral slotted discs is available for different crop types. Specially designed for maximum planting speeds, the radial slotted disc has a central vacuum system that draws in the grain by suction force and holds it in place. As the disc turns, the grains are transported along the slots to the outside, where the vacuum continues to hold the seeds and allows them to fall through the opener into the ground at the ideal position. At the end of the plot, the remaining seeds are evacuated into the residual grain container. A sluice separates seed from two successive plots, thus preventing the seeds from mixing even at very high planting speeds.
