Individual block guidance systems
Different wood dimensions and production targets require a block guide that is precisely matched to the application. Various guidance systems are available for the DSG Notum Pro that stabilize the material flow and ensure the blocks are precisely aligned immediately before they are cut.
Side and center guide
The side guide is a bar on the side that guides the wooden block along. Pneumatically controlled pressure rollers ensure the block remains stable in the process.

For the center guide, two wooden blocks are guided along the left and right sides of a central bar.

Channel system

Optimized block inlet
The conical block inlet prevents the workpieces jamming, even where tension is released. Specially machined guide rails ensure that the blocks are precisely aligned immediately before they are cut.
