Product Description
DSB Prime X-Well thin-kerf band saw blades produce defined, reproducible wood surfaces directly in the sawing cut – with no additional processing steps. The specially developed tooth geometry creates both regular and deliberately irregular textures: from functional surfaces to design-oriented applications.
The result is unique wood surfaces that can be used specifically in interior fit-out, flooring applications or wellness areas. Because the texture is created directly during sawing, additional processing steps are eliminated – saving time, reducing costs and increasing process efficiency. Available with Stellite or carbide, widths 50–100 mm.
