MEB Prime Bi-Metal M42 band saw blades deliver precise cutting performance and long service life when cutting a wide variety of metals. The high-quality M42 high-performance tooth edge—welded onto alloyed tempered steel—offers impressive hot hardness and excellent cutting performance on tubes, profiles, solid materials, and shafts. The combination of a flexible band backing and ultra-hard tooth material ensures optimal stability and a smooth, even cut. Optimized tooth geometry noticeably reduces vibrations—for smooth operation, higher cut quality, and reduced machine stress. Available in widths from 13 to 41 mm, as continuous strip or coil.
