Integrated processing modules
Depending on the Scout model, there is a choice of three modules that work their wonders inside the service system.
Stone module -
Structure is everything
An incomparable riding experience with optimum gliding? The stone module creates the basis for this. Strong base structure that convinces.
Disc Module -
Edges like a pro
Do you want the edges to be perfect? The Disc module gives you the ideal edge grinding. Consistent and precise.
Polishing module -
the finishing touch
Grinding is followed by polishing. Integrated in the Scout sdp model, the polishing module brings the edges right up to the blade area to a high gloss.

Those who take safety seriously should do so on an economic, ergonomic and permissible level.* The Scout allows you to do just that, with automated processes and extremely straightforward operation compared with manual tuning. The intelligent machine design and safe, comfortable operation are what make this possible.

Options for individual requirements
Performance package.
The performance package ensures a longer tool life thanks to the oscillating stone. The resulting longer change and dressing intervals as well as the faster feed speed increase throughput and save money.
Structure package.
The structure package offers you a wide variety of structures for all your requirements - center-based, split and variable structures.
Support package.
Simple and practical: ski support and drip tray ensure clean working. The ski is finally blown off with the blow-off gun.
Flex stamp.
With the Flex stamps, your racing cut gets the final touch through optimized pressure distribution.
Efficient band filters.
Belt filters clean the sanding water permanently and evenly. The sanding residue ends up directly in the dirt container and can be easily disposed of. The advantages: no downtime, longer use of the sanding water and a user-friendly and ergonomic working environment.
Abrasive cooling.
The abrasive cooling system ensures that the abrasive water is kept at a constant temperature, thus ensuring consistent sanding conditions at all times.
From Alpine skiing to cross-country skiing, with our equipment you'll be ready for anything.
The Scout features a special mode that supports the servicing of cross country skis with push-off zone (e.g. scaled ski).
