Optimized feeding with the Paternoster system
With WINTERSTEIGER, efficiency starts with the first step in the process. Our sophisticated Paternoster feeding variant optimizes the throughput through a ski magazine with a capacity of up to 16 pairs of skis. Integrated into our Jupiter fully automatic service system, the Paternoster feeding system with its vertical design has a small footprint and also enables fast, ergonomic access to the skis. Once the magazine has been loaded, everything else runs automatically and the service technicians are free to focus on other tasks. An additional feature is that the gliding surfaces of the skis face upwards after the service, which is ideal for a swift quality check.
Safe transport of the skis via suction-less technology and ski measurement
Manual sorting by ski length? Not with us! The suction-less technology perfected over many years makes it possible to insert any length skis into the Jupiter automatic servicing machine, saving valuable time and personnel resources. Following automatic length and width detection of the ski or snowboard, the equipment is clamped using up to nine clamps. These adapt flexibly to the ski surface – from the base to the edges and the tips. Safe transport and precise tuning are guaranteed, and there is no need for any manual interventions from you. The parallel grinding mode also helps to achieve an increase in throughput rate.
