As of 1 July 2023: New company name and new address
WINTERSTEIGER is setting itself up for the future with a new company structure and will become a strategic holding company with 5 independent GmbHs, which will emerge from the previous divisions.
- Regarding the industrialization of our products, we have set our sights high for the coming years. We are therefore combining the production and value-added units – purchasing, manufacturing, assembly, logistics and central development – in a separate company, WINTERSTEIGER Operations GmbH.
- The previous divisions will become independent companies: WINTERSTEIGER Seedmech GmbH, WINTERSTEIGER Sports GmbH and WINTERSTEIGER Woodtech GmbH. WINTERSTEIGER Metals, which is already an independent GmbH, completes the group of companies.
- WINTERSTEIGER Holding AG will take care of future growth and synergies in the overall company worldwide. As of July 1, 2023, our company was renamed WINTERSTEIGER Holding AG.
