Joining a new company is an important step. That’s why we support new employees from the very beginning with a comprehensive and structured three-step onboarding process.
Welcome day
On your first day at work, you’ll get to know the WINTERSTEIGER world alongside other new hires – including a tour of the company, meeting key contacts, and a shared lunch.
Welcome weeks
During the first few weeks, your onboarding will be tailored to your individual needs according to a set plan. Technical and organizational content will be taught step by step, supplemented by meet-and-greets with the various departments.
Mentoring Program
During your first three months, experienced colleagues will serve as mentors and provide you with personalized support.
