Learning in the SmartFactory
At the Smart Factory Lab, you’ll work on real projects and prototypes. You’ll gain insights into modern product development and be actively involved from the very beginning. A wide range of opportunities awaits you—from CNC machines and welding stations to robotics, electronics, and pneumatics labs. This allows you to try out technology for yourself and develop your skills step by step.
Personal Development at the Apprentice Academy
At the Apprentice Academy, you'll have fun working as part of a team while further developing your personal skills. Look forward to exciting workshops on topics such as team building and development, communication training, and presentation skills.
Apprenticeship Leading to the Matura with Full Support
Of course, you can also combine your apprenticeship at WINTERSTEIGER with your high school diploma. We’ll support you on your path to earning your high school diploma—both logistically and academically.
