Trainee Program
After completing a technical college (HTL) or a university degree, our Trainee Program offers the ideal starting point. Over the course of a year, you’ll get to know various departments and gain a wide range of insights. This will help you discover where your strengths lie and in which area you’d like to develop your career in the long term.
Engineering Rotation Program
The Engineering Rotation Program is a 6-month introductory phase for technical college (HTL) graduates, during which they gain in-depth knowledge of the processes and products before beginning their roles as design engineers. During this time, participants rotate through key departments such as non-cutting and cutting manufacturing, assembly, customer service, application engineering, and work planning.
