Mechanical top layer measurement

The top layer measurement system measures your top layers and checks them against the customer-specific tolerances and qualities.

The quantity and position of the mechanical measurement tracks are tailored to the range and can be adapted in a time-saving, user-friendly manner. Each of these measurement tracks provides over 350 measurements per meter at a feed of 40 m/min.The machine assigns the measured top layers to the freely configurable categories.

An optional downstream color-coding process enables the measured top layers to be sorted straight away. In addition to the color coding and combination with a WINTERSTEIGER feeding magazine, the top layer measurement system is also designed for integration into the partially or fully automated measurement and sorting of your top layers.
