WINTERSTEIGER acquires stake in Moonshiner

The international mechanical and plant engineering Group WINTERSTEIGER AG from Upper Austria is taking a stake in Vienna-based Moonshiner GmbH (https://moonshiner.at). Moonshiner has been successful on the Austrian market since 2015 with over 100 customer projects in the field of digital transformation. With 45 employees and three million euros in revenue, Moonshiner delivers scalable solutions in the areas of digital strategy, user experience design, headless commerce and custom web applications.
With this acquisition, WINTERSTEIGER will significantly speed up the digitalization of its products. The Moonshiner team can contribute its know-how in a targeted manner and thus establish marketable customer solutions even faster.
