In 1999, the Micro 71 ski service machine made an appearance on the popular TV series “Home Improvement” or “Tool Time.” The main character, Tim Taylor, hosts a DIY show on ski service, and he’s clearly very taken with the Micro 71—as evidenced by his comments: “Oh my goodness, look at the size of this bad boy!” and “It does everything but cook your schnitzel!”
