Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2022 Apprentices

After four intensive and educational years of training, WINTERSTEIGER organized a fitting graduation celebration for the 17 apprentices of the Class of 2022.

The celebration took place in the stylish setting of Weinwerk Christian in Mehrnbach. The event kicked off with a standing reception before moving to the movie theater, where an atmospheric photo slideshow created many special moments. Pictures from past years—ranging from outdoor seminars to the apprentice project—brought shared experiences back to life. As a lasting memento, each apprentice received a personalized photo book and a WINTERSTEIGER T-shirt.

After brief remarks by Production Manager Helmut Heftberger and the trainers Isabella Winkler and Philip Stockinger, the stage belonged to the apprentices themselves: Two of them delivered a closing speech on behalf of the class and looked back on their time together as apprentices in a humorous and charming way. Afterward, everyone wrapped up the evening with a group barbecue.
