Decades of loyalty and great successes
We’re celebrating our employees’ long-term service to the company! Worldwide, we had well over 100 employees celebrating service anniversaries last year, who together have accumulated several thousand years of service. A special thank you goes to our colleague Gerhard Bayer in Ried, who has been part of the WINTERSTEIGER family for an incredible 45 years. But we also celebrated major anniversaries outside our main plant—for example, in Salt Lake City, where Jerry Ingleby has been working for us for an impressive 30 years.
Your loyalty and dedication are a testament to our excellent work environment and our strong community. Thank you for making WINTERSTEIGER what it is!
Outstanding Apprentices
The next generation of WINTERSTEIGER employees is already in the starting blocks: A total of 42 apprentices completed their first, second, third, or fourth year of training in 2024, with 34 of them graduating with honors! Fifteen young colleagues passed their final apprenticeship exams, half of them also with honors. In addition, four apprentices successfully earned their high school diploma in English, two in German, and one colleague in mathematics.
Congratulations on these outstanding achievements—keep up the great work!
