Effective July 1, 2023: New company name and new address
WINTERSTEIGER is positioning itself for the future with a new corporate structure and will become a strategic holding company comprising five independent limited liability companies (GmbHs).
- We have ambitious plans for the industrialization of our products in the coming years. We are therefore consolidating the production and value-added units—purchasing, manufacturing, assembly, logistics, and central development—into a separate company, WINTERSTEIGER Operations GmbH.
- The existing business units will become independent companies: WINTERSTEIGER Seedmech GmbH, WINTERSTEIGER Sports GmbH, and WINTERSTEIGER Woodtech GmbH. WINTERSTEIGER Metals, which is already an independent GmbH, rounds out the corporate group.
- WINTERSTEIGER Holding AG will be responsible for future growth and synergies across the entire company on a global scale. Effective July 1, 2023, WINTERSTEIGER AG was renamed WINTERSTEIGER Holding AG.
New Address.
We are particularly proud of our new business address. Johann-Michael-Dimmel-Straße 9 has been renamed “Wintersteigerstraße 1”:
