WINTERSTEIGER AG was awarded the bronze medal at the renowned "HR Award" ceremony in Vienna - in the face of strong competition from significantly larger companies in Germany and Austria. The program for the further development of management culture was submitted in the category "Strategy, Leadership and Personnel Development". This is a development program for managers that communicates and develops WINTERSTEIGER's values and culture.

"The award provides orientation as to how far we have come in our personnel work and is a strong confirmation of our work. In particular, it is also a sign that WINTERSTEIGER has the necessary freedom and full support to implement such projects," says Paul Scheran, Head of Human Resources, who developed the program together with Monique Fiedler, responsible for human resources development.

The program consists of 5 modules: personal, social, technical, management and leadership competence with a total of 13 seminars and a duration of around 1.5 years. The seminars are supplemented by personal coaching and potential analyses. Currently, 30 participants are completing the program in two parallel courses. In the future, a course with 15 participants is planned each year.
