Decades of loyalty and outstanding results
We celebrate the long-standing loyalty of our staff! Last year, way more than 100 employees across the globe celebrated their anniversaries, adding up to several thousand years of service. A special thanks goes to our colleague Gerhard Bayer from Ried, who has been part of the WINTERSTEIGER family for an incredible 45 years. But we also celebrated major anniversaries outside our headquarters, such as in Salt Lake City, where Jerry Ingleby has been working with us for an impressive 30 years.
Your loyalty and commitment testify to our strong community and excellent working atmosphere. Thank you for making WINTERSTEIGER the company it is!

Excellent apprentices
Excellent apprentices
The next generation of WINTERSTEIGER employees is already waiting in the wings: in 2024, a total of 42 apprentices have completed their first, second, third or fourth year of apprenticeship, 34 of them with excellent success! Fifteen young colleagues have passed the final apprenticeship exams, half of them with distinction. In addition, four apprentices have successfully obtained the English A-level, two the German A-level and one colleague the Mathematics A-level.
