Spin-off of the Dry & Protect division is complete

At the beginning of the year, WINTERSTEIGER established a new division - Dry & Protect - by separating the drying and disinfection solutions business from the Sports division due to its strong growth potential. With the transition now complete as of July 1, 2025, all related activities will be fully taken over by WINTERSTEIGER Dry & Protect GmbH, based in Altach, Austria, operating as an independent company within the WINTERSTEIGER Group.

This step is a clear commitment to innovative drying and disinfection systems and to improving safety and hygiene. It enables a stronger focus on the customer benefits - drying, disinfection, odor removal and heating of clothing and equipment - and the countless areas of application. In addition, the independent division enables solutions and services to be tailored and developed even more specifically to customers and markets.
