Development of quality management at WINTERSTEIGER

With initial certification in 2024, a fully compliant quality management system was established at WINTERSTEIGER Dry & Protect, covering all core, management, and support processes. Numerous processes that were previously heavily based on empirical knowledge were critically analyzed, redefined, and comprehensively documented. This created a solid foundation that has sustainably increased both internal transparency and product quality. Rejects were reduced and sources of error were identified more quickly – a development that was also positively reflected in this year's recertification.

Looking ahead

The quality requirements go well beyond the specifications of the standard. At Dry & Protect, quality management is understood as an ongoing process that is constantly evolving. In the future, we will continue to focus on raising quality awareness throughout the company and consistently anchoring the principle of "plan – implement – review – improve" in our everyday work. At the same time, feedback from the market will be incorporated even more quickly into the development of our drying and disinfection solutions.
