Not only do they dry very efficiently, they also remove all odours from our ski clothing and ski boots. A particular advantage is that we can also use the Econ condensation dryer in cold ambient temperatures from 7° degrees. Therefore, it is perfectly suited for our service truck," says Guido Scheiber, Head of Race Service Nordic Combined at the Austrian Ski Federation.

 

The drying cabinet will accompany the ÖSV this year on the way to Rovaniemi in the Arctic Circle. Then it's on to Ruka for the first World Cup. From there to Lillehammer and the home World Cup in Ramsau am Dachstein. In January, the dryer travels to Otepää, Klingenthal, Chaux Neuve and Seefeld. In February, Oberstdorf, Schonach and the World Championships in Planica are on the agenda. The season ends in Oslo and Lahti.

 

"We are very satisfied with the drying cabinet. Since our Nordic Combined ski service team is outside in all weather conditions, the Econ is a great added value for us in bad weather. The clothes dry pretty quickly because of it. Even in cold temperatures, you can always slip into slightly pre-warmed clothes and boots.
